Delegate booking

• Description: Travel arrangers can now book and modify trips for all of their delegated travelers.
• Benefit: Travel arrangers can book and manage trips on behalf of their delegated travelers anytime, anywhere.

EcoCheck 

• Description: As travelers reserve flights, hotels, and rental cars, EcoCheck provides accurate carbon emissions data and scores, helping to lower the environmental impact of your corporate travel program.
• Benefits: 
  • Reliable information: EcoCheck provides accurate carbon emission ratings measured by multiple systems through a partnership with sustainability data provider Thrust Carbon.
  • Clear sustainable ratings: EcoCheck displays carbon emissions data at every step of the booking flow so travelers can quickly assess the carbon impact of a reservation.
  • Eco-friendly and people-friendly: With EcoCheck, organizations can show their devotion to a greener tomorrow, helping to attract and retain talent who share the same values.

Shopping cart experience

• Description: Travelers can search and select flights, hotels, or rental cars in any order, and check out when they're ready.
• Benefit: Traveler can search and shop their way. 

View held trips 

• Description: Travelers can view trips that were placed on hold on the desktop site. 
• Benefit: Travelers can view held trips on multiple platforms. 

Recent searches 

• Description: Travelers will be able to view location and dates of recent searches. Recent searches will be displayed in the recent searches section.
• Benefit: Travelers will be able to view and select from their last four searches.   

Split cost allocation

• Description: Deem now offers Split Cost Allocation. The feature allows travelers to select up to two cost allocations per booking.
• Benefits:
  • Cost Allocation selections are captured and documented in the PNR*
  • Fields can be configured as mandatory, optional, or a combination of both
  • Configurable tool-tips available to provide a brief description or direction to the traveler
  • Cost Allocation data is uploaded via a scheduled feed or manually from the Admin Dashboard

 *Administrators can easily change from the Standard Cost Allocation configuration to Split Cost Allocation

Multi-city trip change enhancement

• Description: Travelers can modify their existing car rental and hotel reservations for multi-city trips. Travelers can also add hotels or car rentals to a multi-city trip that only has flights booked
• Benefit: Travelers can manage and make changes to their multi-city reservations.
