Unused Tickets Opt in/out

• Description: Travelers will be able to opt-out of applying unused tickets credit at checkout and will be able to select a different method of payment. 
• Benefit: Travelers have the option of saving unused ticket credit for another time.

Hold Trip

• Description: Travelers will be able to place a trip on hold for up to 48 hours. 
• Benefit: Travelers can hold their trip on New Deem and continue booking their held trips* either their Android mobile device or on desktop/browser.

Recent Searches

• Description: Travelers can view locations and dates for recent searches on the New Deem web experience and Deem Mobile.
• Benefits: Travelers can easily view and select recent searches for a faster booking experience.
