If you need to change a hotel booking, go to the Trip Details page and click on the trip that contains the hotel you want to change. Find the hotel and click on the Manage Booking then Modify button (just below the segment details).
Deem will then walk you through the modification process. Select a new hotel and proceed to the payment. Your modification will be successful once you reach the confirmation screen.
Note that some hotels cannot be modified online and you will need to contact Support if you wish to make modifications.
Examples of hotels that cannot be modified online include:
- A hotel reservation that has already started
- An itinerary that contains an element added by a travel agent
