Changing Your Flight

If you need to modify your flights, click the trip you’d like to modify, locate the flight that needs a change, and simply click the Manage Booking and then Modify button.

Deem will walk you through the modification process to help you select a new flight and proceed to the payment screen. Your modification will be successful once you reach the confirmation screen.

Note that some flights can’t be modified online and will need additional support to make modifications.

Examples of flights that cannot be modified online include:

• Multi-city flights
• Flights in a multi-city reservation
• A flight for a trip that has already started
• Trips with more than one ticket, such as a departure flight with Delta and return flight with United Airlines
• An itinerary that contains an element added by a travel agent 
• Any flight where the name of the traveler differs from the name in the profile, such as a guest traveler on a trip booked by an administrator
• Modifing only the inbound flight
