Canceling a Trip

Change of plans? Deem makes it easy to cancel a trip.

First, locate and click on the trip you’d like to cancel. 

Under the segment details, click on Cancel. You can also click it on the right side of the screen, under price. After you click in one of those spots, the Cancel Trip navigation will appear on the right. 

Next, click the check box stating “I’ve reviewed this itinerary and confirm I want to cancel this booking”. After you’ve checked the box, a Cancel Trip button will appear in the bottom right of the screen. 

Click on Cancel Trip to confirm the cancellation. With that, you have officially canceled your trip. You can now find it in the Canceled trips tab.
