Booking Multiple Hotels

New Deem and our mobile apps (Android and iOS) allow you to book multiple hotels in one reservation. You can book up to 5 hotels. You can also add hotels in the same location or in different ones.

When booking hotels, you can search for:

  • City name
  • Hotel name
  • Airport name or airport code
  • Reference Points or Company locations (if added to your site)
  • Street name
  • Full address of a location 
  • Tourist attractions

Booking Multiple Hotels

You can book multiple hotels at the same time you are booking other services (e.g: when booking your flight or car rental) or when modifying an existing reservation (which may or may not contain a hotel).

Adding a hotel to a new booking

Once you have added your first segment to your trip (you must start your search with flight, hotel or car rental), you can add a hotel from the Review Trip Page. Click on 'Add Hotel' button,  inform your location, check in and check out dates if requested (you can always edit your search on the search results in case you need to change location or dates). Select a hotel room to proceed to the Review Your Trip Page. Once back to this page, you can continue adding more hotels following the same process of clicking on 'Add Hotel'. Once all segments have been added to your trip, continue to Purchase. Your trip will be confirmed once you successfully see 'Trip Confirmation' screen. 

Adding a hotel to an existing reservation

You can add hotels to an existing reservation. This reservation may or may not contain a hotel already booked. 

In order to modify a trip, go to your Upcoming Trips and select the trip you wish to modify. Note that you can only modify a trip if it hasn't started yet. If your trip has already started and you wish to make any amendments to your hotel reservation, please contact your agency support. Information on your agency support can be found on New Deem web under Support link. On mobile, you can find this information by tapping on Support button in the navigation bar.

Once you have located and selected the trip, click on the button 'Add Hotel'. See below desktop screenshots. 

On mobile, you will need to click on 'Modify Trip' button and then add a hotel from the 'Add Hotel' button.

Once you click on 'Add Hotel', you need to inform your location, check in and check out dates. Click on search and select your hotel room from the search results. If you wish to add one more hotel, you can do so once you land on the Review Your Trip page. Once you have added all hotels, you can proceed to check out and update your purchase. Your hotel will be confirmed once you receive the trip update confirmation message.

You may or may not modify your trip immediately after booking it. If your 'Add Hotel' button is disabled, it can indicate one of the reasons below:

  • You trip has already started
  • You trip has not been confirmed yet (it is still being processed) 
  • You have reached your limit of hotels
  • Your trip contains a service added by a travel agent (known as passive segment)
