Adding Services to an Existing Reservation

Need to add some services—like a hotel room or car rental—to a trip you’ve already reserved? Here’s how: 

First, click on the trip that you’d like to update. 

Then click on Add Hotel or Add Car Rental based on what you’re adding to your trip.

Please keep in mind that if you’ve already booked a flight in your reservation, you can’t add another flight— you’ll need to create a new booking.

If you need to book a flight but find that the Add Flights button is disabled, it’s possible that your company disabled this option. Please contact Support if you’d like to add a flight for this reservation.

Once you click on Add Hotel or Add Car Rental, you’ll be brought through the usual search and booking flow for that service. Be sure that you proceed to payment to ensure that your booking is updated correctly.
