Hotel Error Messaging

• Description: Messaging for hotel-only booking errors have been added, allowing travelers to continue to search for a different hotel or to start the search again.
• Benefit: Travelers have the option to search for a different hotel or start a new hotel search when there is an error in their hotel-only booking. 
• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.

Co-Branding

• Description: Sites can be configured to display the company or agency logo in the navigation bar. 
• Benefit: Companies and agencies can add their logo on the Deem site.  
• Site Admin Experience: Admin experience required.

Company Resources

• Description: Sites can be configured to display company messaging and resources on the notifications page.
• Benefit: Travel admins can display important messaging and notifications for travelers. 
• Site Admin Experience: Admin experience required. 

Shopping Cart 

• Description: Travelers will see a detailed message when they reach the maximum number of hotels and/or car rentals allowed in a reservation (maximum number is 5). 
• Benefit: Travelers will know when they’re reached the maximum number of hotels and/or car rentals in a reservation. 
• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.
  

URL Redirect 

• Description: Sites can be configured to redirect travelers to a specific URL when they are signing out or their trip has expired. 
• Benefit: Travelers can quickly be redirected to another URL when they’re signed out. 
• Site Admin Experience: Admin experience required.

TSA Prohibited Items 

• Description: Travelers will be presented with details regarding TSA prohibited items and a Traveler Acknowledgement screen when adding a flight to an itinerary.
• Benefit: Travelers will be able to identify and avoid prohibited items.
• Note: Please contact your site admin if you would prefer to have this screen disabled.

External Quick Link

• Description: A quick link can be added to the navigation bar to provide travelers quick access to external sites (i.e. expense link, company intranet, etc.). 
• Benefit: External Quick Link gives travelers a way to seamlessly link out to any external site without any APIs.
• Site Admin Experience: Admin experience required. 

Block Basic Economy 

• Description: Travelers will see enhanced messaging when they select a fare that is not available due to their company’s site configuration.
• Benefit: Travelers will see when fares are not available due to their company’s site configuration. 
• Site Admin Experience: Admin experience required.

Operated Airline Name

• Description: Operated by Airline is displayed on the search result cards.
• Benefit: Travelers will know which airline their flight is operated by in the search results. 
• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.

Automated Ticket Exchange for Return/Next Flight 

• Description: After a trip starts (outbound flight), travelers will be able to make changes to their next or return flight.
• Benefit: Travelers can make flight changes even after their trip has started. 

Trip Alignment 

• Description: If a traveler changes the date of the flight, they will be alerted that any associated car or hotel bookings are no longer aligned. Travelers will have the option to update car and hotel reservations to accommodate new flight dates. Note: The traveler must amend the flight first for the alignment message to show. If they amend their hotel or car first, the alignment message will not show. 
• Benefit: This will reduce errors while giving users a path to amend the dates of every segment that they’ve booked. 

New User Update

• Description: When a new user logs in to New Deem for the first time, they will be redirected to Classic Deem for new account registration. (Redirected to Classic Deem must be enabled.)
• Benefit: New users will be redirected to Classic Deem to activate their account. 

Design Updates

Elite Car Class

• Description: Elite car classes have been added to the car rental filters and in the car rental descriptions. 
  

Guest Booking

• Description: Guest traveler’s name is added to trip cards on the Trips list page. 

Seat Map

• Description: The seat map legend, icons, and messaging has been updated. 

Trip Confirmation

• Design: The Trip Confirmation page has been updated to include additional trip details. 

Travelfusion Results 

• Description: Travelfusion fares have been updated on the flight search results page:
  • The Webfare label has been updated to Direct Booking 
  • The fare description has been updated 
  • The badge placement has been updated on the search results, view trip, purchase, and trip confirmation pages
